One of the great prophets of the Old Testament, of priestly family from Anathoth, who called Judah to repentance before the Babylonian destruction of Jerusalem and suffered much for his witness.
Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart.
